*Manage daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to achieve the target.
* Making plans for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
* Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
* Maintain and update client database.
* Identify new business opportunities and customer needs to generate the sales lead.
* Buildup a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective client index.
* Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
* Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
* Monitor and collect data about the activities of market competitors.
* Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities.
