Full TimeKEY REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
•Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•Expertise in Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•.Sound knowledge about building materials, their properties, and costs
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to effectively collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
•Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•Professional demeanor and conduct in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
•Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and cost estimation methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Analyze project blueprints and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
•Utilize software tools for precise quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
•Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
•Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and material costs.
•Prepare and present estimates to stakeholders.
